This is an overdue letter, but I wanted to send out a big THANK YOU for such great service. The guys that came to install the new furnace and hot water tank were friendly, efficient and my dog Rex loved having some company in the house. The clean up was fantastic, I hardly knew anyone was in the basement. You were great going over details. Having you explain the ins-and-outs of the furnace as well as service needs and warranty information was great. You were patient with my questions and not once made me feel like I was being pressured into purchasing anything.

It's so good to have a warm house again. Its amazing. We used to set the thermostat at 68 degrees, but I was often cold. Now we put it on 67 degrees and I'm just fine. Should you ever need a reference, you can certainly use our name.
